Why Turning Point Care Center?
Located in the rural community of Moultrie, Georgia, Turning Point offers inpatient and outpatient service facilities to provide the finest, patient-focused rehabilitation programs. Our continuum of care philosophy offers a vast range of services and benefits from hospitalization to outpatient programs with a “therapeutic community” which focuses on self and peer accountability.
Turning Point specializes in the treatment of dually-diagnosed clients, those who struggle with substance use as well as a psychiatric disorder. We also have the flexibility to develop programs for our patients who may need regular dialysis treatment. Turning Point provides a full continuum of care for patients’ admission into inpatient treatment to outpatient treatment and finally to discharge.
Our staff has extensive training in both addiction and psychiatric disorders, so patients who are dually diagnosed will be treated by professionals who are not only caring and compassionate but are also greatly experienced in the field. The clinical staff at Turning Point consists of board-certified psychiatrists, internal medicine physicians, social workers, counselors, nurses, recreational therapists and mental health technicians. This staff works closely with discharge planning staff to provide an integrated and comprehensive treatment experience while at Turning Point.
